Children

Currently we allow persons 13 years and over on our tours. Everyone under 18 has to wear a life jacket for the entire time of the tour while we are on the water. Parent / legal guardian must be present for the tour and to complete minor consent waiver on site before the tour. Only children accompanied be their parents or legal guardians are allowed to participate in the tour.

There is a 250 lb weight limit on our motorized paddleboards.

Please understand that when a reservation is made with PowerBoard Adventures, that it is a commitment for us to hold a space for you. We might have to (and often do) turn away others from that particular date (or trip). If you decide to cancel, it can be difficult for us to book someone else on that trip, especially if cancellation is made close tot he departure date. With this is mind we hold the following policy.

Alcohol

No alcohol is permitted on the tours. PowerBoard Adventures reserves the right to refuse service to any patrons that do not follow this policy, absolutely no exceptions, no refund will be provided.

Trips that are canceled by PowerBoard Adventures due to inclement weather, will be rescheduled or refunded.

 

Reservations that are cancelled 48 hours or more before a scheduled trip will not be charged. Those that are cancelled or in need of rescheduling within the 48 hour window of departure will be charged full price.

No-show participants will be charged 100% full price unless cancelled outside of 48 hours. This includes showing up with less paddlers than the original amount booked for. Tours will wait for participants "running late" for 10 minutes beyond published tour time. After that the tour will launch as scheduled and no refunds offered.

PowerBoard Adventures will not launch in unsafe weather conditions. Because of this, trips may need to be cancelled or rescheduled due to safety issues. If this is the case, your reservation will be refunded in full. PowerBoard Adventures is not responsible for any reservation that you fail to keep due to any unforeseen circumstances, such as but not limited to road hazards, vehicle breakdowns, personal agenda or any other events that may hinder your participation in the tour as scheduled. We also reserve the right to change or cancel any tours due to circumstances beyond our control. In this instance, PowerBoard Adventures can refund the tour price, but not any other expenses that may have been incurred.

Please remember, this is Florida. Rain at your location, doesn't mean rain at our launch site. If you do not get a phone call from PowerBoard Adventures cancelling the trip, it means the trip is going as scheduled.
